The two-night "Gourmet Golf Package" is $219 per person, double occupancy. Dinners are prepared by Executive Chef Ernest Bledsoe, who trained along side celebrity Chef Oliver Saucy at Cafe Maxx, a prestigious 4-star restaurant in Pompano Beach, Fla.
