Properties were rated on six criteria ? Design of Courses, Golf Staff & Service, Rooms, Resort Service, Food/Dining, and Activities/Facilities ? using a five-point scale. According to the magazine, the resulting Top 100 featured ?dazzling courses enhanced by sumptuous accommodations and superior service.?
